The main rooms have breath-taking views over the Lake Abisdealy and the surrounding woodlands, and rooms in the Walled Garden House have special access to their own private gardens at the back. Although the buildings have central heating, there are a number of open fireplaces around the Liss Ard House (in the dining room, sitting room and three of the bedrooms) to provide an ambience of an old-world romanticism for those special occasions.
